This User Agreement outlines the rules and responsibilities of users accessing KeepStock and other services provided by Softemy ERP Solution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our system, you agree to this User Agreement and all related policies.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the system for lawful business purposes only
• Not misuse, hack, or tamper with the platform
• Report suspicious activity immediately

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share your account with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the software
• Modify or tamper with system code
• Upload harmful or illegal data
• Use the system for fraudulent transactions

4. Data Ownership

All operational data you enter (products, stock, sales, etc.) belongs to you.
However, the application, modules, UI, backend, and system logic belong exclusively to Softemy ERP Solution.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• False information is provided
• Misuse or illegal activities are detected
• System abuse or hacking attempts occur
• Unpaid dues remain for an extended period

6. Limited Liability

Softemy ERP Solution is not responsible for:

• User mistakes
• Incorrect product entries
• Loss due to wrong data
• Third-party issues (internet, hardware, power failure)
• Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep services active 24/7, but occasional downtime may occur for:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Server issues

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

8. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement anytime.
Continued usage means you accept updated terms.
