These Subscription Terms govern your use of KeepStock and all other services provided by Softemy ERP Solution.
1. Subscription Activation
Your subscription becomes active immediately upon successful payment.
By subscribing, you agree to comply with all Terms & Policies listed on our website.
2. Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, unless otherwise stated.
- Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled.
3. Payment Terms
- All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Re-activation requires clearing pending dues.
4. Fair Usage Policy
Users must access the system responsibly.
Any activity that causes system abuse, misuse, or unauthorized use of resources may result in account restriction.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime.
However, cancellation does not grant any refund for the remaining period.
Your data will remain accessible until the end of your paid cycle.
6. Data Access After Cancellation
After the subscription expires:
- Access to your dashboard and modules will be restricted.
- You may request data export before expiration.
7. Plan Changes
Softemy ERP Solution reserves the right to revise subscription fees.
Users will be notified before any pricing updates.
8. Service Updates
We may introduce new features, enhancements, or changes to the system.
Some updates may be paid add-ons.
9. Ownership
All software, modules, and designs remain the exclusive property of Softemy ERP Solution.
You receive access rights only — not rights to the script, code, or software.
10. Support
Active subscribers receive technical support via:
