Softemy ERP Solution (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides software services on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued for our products, including KeepStock and other applications under our brand.
1. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable
All subscription payments made for monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans are non-refundable, including:
- Partial month usage
- Unused services
- Accidental or mistaken payments
- Change of mind
Once a payment is completed, it is considered final.
2. No Refund for Early Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, the remaining unused days will not be refunded.
Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
3. Refunds for Duplicate Payments
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate or multiple accidental transactions
- Payment processing errors
- System glitches verified by our support team
Users must submit proof of duplicate charges.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
4. No Refund for Custom Development
Charges paid for:
- Custom modules
- Additional features
- One-time setup
- Design modifications
- Installation & configuration
…are non-refundable, as these services require developer time and resources.
5. Trial Period (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered, users can explore the system before paying.
Paid subscriptions after the trial are not eligible for refunds.
6. Subscription Renewal
Automatic renewals charged due to saved payment methods cannot be refunded.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the renewal date.
